I have just installed wordpress but now I need to change DB password where is the configuration file?

ok got that sorted but in the cp I set my url to the homepage as index.php but now I cant log in to fix it and all the templates have fallen apart www.dragonstardesign.com/index.php any ideas on how to fix this???

OP - If you mess with the site url, then you probably will have to go into your database to change it. Look in the options table for site_url or something like that and fiddle with it until you get access.

This thread is old, but for anyone else who comes across it, the file in Wordpress is wp-config.php I believe. Inside that file is where you would change your DB account info and pw. Even if you couldn't log in using the admin tool you should be able to change it by ftp.
