what would you if you found some other blog just copies your articles and paste it there without even changing anything in it ?

what would you do and what can you do ?

First try to contact them and ask them to remove the articles.

If they refuse then contact their web host and file a copyright infringement claim otherwise known as a DMCA takedown. If the web host is located in the US, they are will probably shut down their site until they take the articles off their site.

FIRST, I would make them link back to my site (so it helps with link building)...

and if not, they'll have to take the articles down. If they don't cooperate, usually you just contact their web host and let them know that this user has violated TOS.
