I always recommend the custom templates which are made by themselves . Get some templates from the free sites . Edit those templates with the Adobe dreamweaver .
This is the best method .

Before you change your template, but sure you back up all of your widgets and the little snippets of code that everybody (and their mom!)wants you to add just before the /body tag.
