I hv new domain and i want make a blog how i can do this, any script, like php , asp any and how i can install it on my hosting panel.

Without knowing what server type you have, no one can tell you whether ASP.net, PHP, or some other technology is appropriate for you.

You need to upload the files in FTP, then connect them to a MySQL database and let the blog install (This is if your blog is in php).

If you go into your hosting acount control panel, ther often is a link to install wordpress. At least go daddy has this option

Well, it will be better to have a wordpress installed on your hosting. It is one of the best blogging platform around. Just make sure you have the minimum requirements of your webhost in order to install wordpress.

If you have a good host, they will most likely install a blog for you if you ask them to, or provide you with a direct way to install your blogging software. Without a clue as to what host, or blog you have/plan on using I think we're pretty limited on helping you.
