the registrations of some forums are difficult, they don't accept us quickly and takes long time to get permissions to edit signature

That is because you are EXACTLY the kind of "useful member" the majority of forums DO NOT want!!!

You are NOT there to add anything remotely useful to the communuity, you are a member simply to drop signature links for your sites.

There is a reason for it... people are using the forums just to promote their sites and services.

They are trying to limit these attempts by having rules and conditions. For example, you must have joined the forum for 30 days, to have at least 30 quality posts, etc...

I do agree with these conditions as they are benefic for the quality of the forums.
