what number of unique visitors have you brought in during your first month? what is a good number? 1,000 , 5,000, 10,000???

I can't remember because my web design / development website (http://www.the-pixel.com) has been up for a few months. But, It's safe to say atleast 5,000.

i can't even remember, but i think i just had 50 to 100 unique visitors in the first month of my blog!

I think my blog has only reached about 50-70 unique visitors on its first month.

Just checked my Analytics. From October 25th when I published my blog and the first post until November 25th I got 683 unique visitors. Nothing major but good enough for me for the first month in a completely new content theme.

http://i-pays.blogspot.com get 10 visitor/day => 300 visitor/month.
http://artwol.blogspot.com get 300 visitor/day => 9000 visitor/month
Too bad, and I try my best to increase it.

It’s 50 to 100 Unique Visitors in support of my Blog.

I've gotten a healthy start for my web design and development blog. It's been up for about three weeks now and last I looked I had about 6,000 unique hits, with 8,000 page views.

The search engines have just started to pick up some of the older articles, and other blogs have begun featuring random posts. It's encouraging!

The newly launched blogs always have problem with traffic. I thin I was getting something like 20 uniques a day on the first month. Now I am getting a little more, but it is still not a great result .

I think the number of unique visitors will really depend on what you're writing about. News related sights can probably draw visitors (though perhaps not too many in the first month or two). Technical sites won't draw too many visitors very quickly, but they are more likely to come back. Personal sites are probably not going to draw too many visitors besides friends and family unless you're famous

Maybe 300-500.

I think I only reached a few hundred unique visitors (200-300?), but I advertised like crazy. Not many repeat visitors though. That is slowly changing now.

It is very difficult to achieve around 1000 visitors for the first month.
