"dofollow" doesn't exist

"nofollow" is a value that can be placed in the rel (related) attribute of anchor elements (links) to (supposedly) tell search engines that the link is not a trusted by the site owner/operator.

Yeah, there isn't a dofollow value. A dofollow blog is simply one that doesn't use nofollow. My blog is a dofollow blog.

And that's where this silly "dofollow" idea falls apart.

The absence of the nofollow value does NOT mean that the links will be automagically followed and valued by search engines. There are several other ways that SE can be told not to follow the links or index the page and you wouldn't even know about it

Some of my blogs are do follow. Others I have are no follow because of the sheer amount of spam that seems to seep through.

My all blogs are with "dofollow" attribute... but the comment section only is with "nofollow" attribute....

i always prefer to have do follow blog... and all blogs are on just private domain name... not a single free service using me.....

I think search engine give first priority for quality to dofollow blog not to no follow.

as per my opinion if your posting blog to grab more visitors or to get more traffic you can use nofollow and dofollow both kind of blogs.but if your intense is to get backlinks then you must use only Dofollow blogs thats it..

I agree with you friend but Search Engine Spiders and web Crawlers robots don't follow the ones that has a rel of nofollow. They default to follow the rest links the ones that don't specify "nofollow"

I use Dofollow for all commenters to encourage them post comment on my blog.

But sometimes I put nofollow for links in the post.

I haven't set my comments to NoFollow, and I'd need some compelling reason to do it. I once read a blog that said by the comment form: "No NoDoFollow"

Mine only accepts nofollow comments, that is to prevent spammers from posting irrelevant comments in my blog.

I think a Do Follow Blogs are better. The one formula that Google used to determine the pages rank is backlinks. But, are all backlinks can increase our page rank. I think not all backlink will used by Google,but only backlink from Do Follow blog.
