Are you looking for blog platforms?
I suggest wordpress, typepad, blogspot, and live journal.

I do recommend Blogger.com or Wordpress when you are new at blogging. More especially blogger. com

blogpot.com is good if you're a new blogger.

I recommend blogger.com since its free, easy to use and no need to know complicated programming language for those people who are not into programming.
