put a link of your blog to your site. or you can use the image (with links to your blog) of your blog if you want to.

If you have a menu or something just create a link too it

With the word "integrate" - do you mean you already have a userbase and you want your current users to move over to the wordpress site? So that yuour current users can have an account on your wordpress site?

As for the graphics or templates, there are bunch of free templates out there. But with your question about the integration, it is not really clear if you got a blog already or you want to put up a new blog, and integrate it or link it on your existing site. Please clear things up.
