Totally well said switches and mohammed, blogs are one of the best creative online writing mediums in many ways and Twitter is just an online social network lol.. Not to mention blogs are great for business and making money online as well..

Yeah, how can you compare one type of web platform to another? They are already different, so any comparison won't be helpful if it is just pointing out the differences.

I think this is a good discussion about the topic. I think the best point about blogging that has been brought up, is that blogging is easy to link with business.

Blog is almost equivalent to website.So if online social network is ok to you no problem.A lot of people star blogs and after a few days/post they quit.I think passion is the keyword.

I like blogging it's in my blood I hope to be a blogger for many years

IMO, it is up to your purpose to start a blog, i you use blog just for some SEO strategy or get some traffic, you maybe wanna close it if it can't help you for this;if you use if for sharing information with other or write you life, you may not so bored to stop it, because life is continuative.So don't stop it even just leave it there!
