If you do not want to earn from your blog then wordpress is the best.

I like them both because each of them has its own good features... I like blogger because it's so easy to use particularly with adding adsense code. I also wordpress because it's more customized to use this where in you can create a separate page in your blog and it has cool plugins such as akismet...
