According to my experience, choosing high quality blogs you should pay attention to below aspects:

1.high PR
2.the blog hosted in stable and reliable server
3.with more controll power
4.clearly navigation within blogs
5.relevant to your website content
6.easy to indexed by google.

I would not recommend that as blog comments are designed for website social sharing not affiliate programs. Instead link to your site which has affiliate links on it would work best. Most blog owners would mark as spam if using affiliate links as the comment url..

Thats true, most of the comments are deleted because they seems to be spam? I have never explored this source therefore i cant really comment. But you have raised a good point over here.

One of the ways I can see "control power" in a blog is if there is an Archive list, so you can see all of the posts. And maybe having an About page and a contact form.

Other than that, where there more features you were referring to?

I would add :
... in development because it nobody works on adding new features or fixing bugs then the system is useless.

I wouldn't promote affiliate programs through blog commenting. Most will more that likely see it as spam. I would promote my blog through blog commenting before an affiliate program. Make sure you comment is relevant and of good value.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have never ever tried this thought it came in my mind therefore i asked. Anyways you are right and good . I am promoting my forex affiliate in my blogs only.

To make a blog be considered as quality, its content should not just be relevant to your site's niche but it should also have an updated, informative and interesting content... Search engines love fresh content and visitors/readers love reading articles that can help to improve more their knowledge as well as entertain them...

Good summary! I personally think that a good blog is a blog that is updated regularly. It should have interesting contents that are beneficial to its target readers.

Its not all about relevant to your content, pay also attention to the quality content of one blog.
