I am confused. I am having a wordpress blog set up for my company but I am not sure whether I should be adding it to my company domain or setting up a new domain and linking the two? What are the pro's and con's for each option? I have seen bloggers and companies do both. Please help!!!

That depend about the website Content and company field... if you can make a Website www.yourcompany.com then Make a Link inside : Blog
which Rediricte to the wordpress installation... or You can make it all in Wordpress if the Content can be done this way! what kind of company is !? to see if you can use a theme and some plugins inside!!

I prefer the blog not in the main domain for flexibility. The domain will be different so it will become domain link and not internal links
