I have a Martial arts supplies related website and I do have blogs for it, I am wondering how to raise my blog visitors? My Blog has a formal tone where I keep on updating on martial arts trends.

I just want to know, what kind of pitch do you think is best to use for my blog? How closely it should be related to the topic? I just want you to review my blog and give me some valid suggestion, so that we can come up with great and exciting martial arts topics.

If you want to gain your visitors first you have to build your blog by doing off page optimization for short link building and there are many tips or guidelines for a better result and you can also search it in Google. Yeah of course it should be related to your topics.

I generally get good results by posting a teaser and link on twitter for each article.

You might also consider creating an opt-in sign up. You can use this e-mail list to let folks know about new posts by sending one e-mail with excerpt or teaser and link for each new article. The frequency of this newsletter depends on how often you post updates. If you send them too often, and each only has one or two articles, people are likely to unsubscribe. I'm not sure what the best frequency : number of articles is, but I'd start with monthly for a slow site and weekly for an active site (based on number of posts). Remember to include an unsubscribe link in every e-mail and check the CAP-SPAM act for other requirements.
