I was wondering is there is a ready plugin or theme for wordpress to start a wallpapers site. I've seen 3 wallpaper sites that are powered by Wordpress, and I like both of them. Here are the 3 links:

But both of them have a custom design. Is there any similar themes there are free?

most of this templates are custom made and the only best way to have one is to make one or you coul let us make you a custom made photoblog template(just click my sig)...

I will take a look at the templates....But if I don't find any that I like, how much would it cost me to get a custom one, similar to the once that I have posted?

You can hire a part-time web designer to do the job or pay a company (much expensive). I believe seo-neon is right, these sites have their own customized designs.
