Actually, I think this is one of the worst ways. It doesn't get you targeted traffic and the traffic you get has a high bounce rate. Plus, Google does not like it.

I think the first thing we should do it to promote it through commenting on other blogs. And if in the same niche, the results will be more noticable.

Have you tried traffic exchange? What are the positive sides in using this technique? Is there any?

Submit your blog to blog directories, blog commenting, RSS Feeds helps promote your blogs. Just make sure that you're having quality content. Visitors stays long or even comes back and forth if you have interesting, fresh and unique content.

I would encourage you to post quality over quantity.
