We have 'East Contact' plugin installed on a Wordpress website, with the fields:
Name:
Email:
Telephone:
Subject:
Message:
But when you submit the only information that get received is the subject and message? Basically the top section 'Your Details' doesn't get sent. I desperately need this to work.
I have also setup Contact Form 7 as another option but that only send part of the text as well, can anyone suggest why this might be happening?

When setting those up(I have only used contact form 7) after you set all the fields for the user to input you then need to go to the lower right-hand part of the page and actually ADD those fields to the message box that gets sent.

The top of the box will say: "Message Body"
Within this box add the fields from your form how ever you'd like it to be sent such as:
This is a message from: [text your-name]
and so on...

any field you put into the form MUST have the shorthand code value in the message box.
