unique ideas,quality contents and no copy past is necessary for a good blog,so if u want to make money u should work hard to write interesting and useful contents in your blog.
I really think for anyone to be successful with blogging that they should write their own content. If you are passionate about what you write it will become easier. When people come to your blog they are coming because they want to hear what you have to say. It's alright to have guests posts and if you come upon a good article someone else has written than it's okay to share it, but constantly posting content from somebody else can make your readers become bored. What's the point of them coming to visit your blog only to read someone else's articles? It just doesn't make sense.

There is what they called paid blogging wherein you write a blog post about a certain product or service and they you'll get paid for it. You can also earn money by putting Google adsense.
Yes, there are lots of ways to earn through blogging and there are lots of people earning through it. Though not all of them are earning that much. Plus, I really don't think that copying articles from other is right. Its okay to read them and try to get inspired or motivated but copying is not at all advisable. Besides you won't get much benefits from that since its not considered as a quality one.
