I wanted to know if blogs have PR like sites do.
If yes how can I improve the PR of my blog?

Yes, and as to how to increase your PR well there are lots of ways. One is providing your blog with fresh content which of course should have quality, avoid copying content from others work like some people do. And get quality backlinks. Promote your site as well on social networking sites to increase traffic and eventually get natural links.

Obviously.Blogs are type of websites only.They are also rated by google.Use SEOQuake plugin in mozilla to see the PRs.

Websites do NOT have PR.

WebPAGES have PR. Every single page on the Internet is a separate entiity for PR and ranking purposes.

true...its not the site itself but its web pages

Yes definitley blogs can have PR rank and it can be improve by posting on those do follow sites in thier webpages which is intended to have a PR too for a possible link juice to be made
