My brother just got his wordpress blog messed up. He can't figure out what happened resulting to this result.

As you can see the blog looks great at the home page but when you click on the title of a particular post to go on to its own url, the blog is all messed up. The sidebar goes below, can any one figure this out??
I am an expert on SEO and advertising but HECK! I don't know much about HTML stuffs.
