I want to place wordpress mu weblog hosting on my site.
Tell me please, which common plugins should I use?
Which difficulties will I have if I choose wordpress mu?
Are you looking to setup a free WordPress hosting service or are you just trying to setup WPMU for your personal use? That kind of changes what plugins you need and want.
Regarding WPMU difficulty, I haven't seen any or heard of any as it pretty much is all automated.
