I'm using wordpress blog and under the appearance tab I clicked on Editor and then selected Header (header.php) on the right side tool bar and then I deleted the code inside the box and now my blog site is messed up. I didn't save a copy of the code so how do I fix this issue? Thanks.

Another issue showed it's head today. I installed a plugin for photo gallery but didn't like so I un-installed the plug in and ever since then the blog site loads very slow. Any ideas? thanks.
