which bots should i not let on my server?

self hosted and using wordpress mate.

my page load time are getting real bad today 10 -20 secs

i,ve removed all plugins i don,t really use and added wp-cache.
but still slow.

i,m running other wordpress blogs on same server and there fast load times.

so i think bot are slowing this site down?
