I have a question about wordpress,and if somebody can help me,it wi'll be great.

I have an blog, staupe.net it's the link and I want to make an menu in the header of the blog like here on this link come4me-radio.net

I want to put the categories into the header,and also a dropdown menu to be displayed,like in that site.

Can anybody help me please ?

You can use many of the wordpress functions to list pages and such but sometimes(IMO) it is just better to hard code the menu.

When 3.0 comes out there will be a whole new way to manage your menu so I wouldn't jump for a plugin just yet, you might find yourself not needing it later.

I hope 3.0 is a lot more user friendly. I spent hours trying to find something that I want to change the look of.

The drop down menu are really difficult to built as they will not be done with any kind of plugins.

Try Built-in plugins at WP, i am sure you will find one that suites your need.

Many ready made template gives you that options, try changing the template

Yes, that is what I would do, there are templates, even free ones that come with dropdown manus already setup to navigate through the categories, so you would just have to install a new theme and create and organize your categories and the the them will take care of the rest.

Dropdown menus are coded into the theme.

When you create your pages, you select if the page is a "Parent" page or a "child" page. The Child pages are what show in the dropdown menu.

My theme uses dropdowns.

I recommend using artisteer to create a theme you like or you can spend hours upon hours trying to figure out that code.

Artisteer cant edit your current theme though.
