Discuss!!!!

I would say -- by far -- Word Press. I've tried both and really prefer the functionality and usability of Word Press, not to mention the vast selection of themes freely available and the extensive help/support docs and forum on the Word Press site.

blogspot is my choice because not that I'm using it right now on my blog, also I found it easy to use and user friendly.

Word Press. But you could have found that out by looking at the sticky thread.

Why the misspellings of Wordpress?! It gets my vote anyway - by a mile. Blogspot and other things simply don't come close (has anyone else noticed that a tiny rearrangement of blogspot = blogpost? I typed in wrongly and realised Yes I am that sad to mention it...) Anyway...

haha, I never realized it, but it does. lol

Anyway, I vote for Wordpress (again). I like Blogger, but it just doesn't come with the features. I would say that Blogger is easier to theme for people that don't know PHP, but for people that do, or people that are happy with using other people's designs, Wordpress is definitely the way to go.

I haven't used the Google platform here, but WordPress is pretty nice. I'm annoyed at the way it rewrites code, but I need to install the plug-in for that. Otherwise I don't have any real complaints.

I prefer wordpress at times is seems to be a pain but still quit good.

Wordpress can also host your blog if you want them to. Simply go to www.wordpress.com and sign up

I use Blogger and I really like it.

I don't think you can ad advertising to a WP blog that you don't host yourself. Blogger doesn't care-heck they make it easy to monetize with adsense-with just one click. It is super easy to upload pics/videos to your post right from your computer. You don't need to be a propeller head to customize a template I've found it easy to work with the code and I barely know what I'm doing. Blogger has been offering the option to publish with a custom domain for a while now so with a few bucks you could have your own --------.com addy and your content and images are hosted for free.

I like word press more, but thats not to say that Blogspot isnt a great piece of software also

As a reader I like the wordpress blogs more. I have my own domains for the blogs, cannot talk about the features as an user.

I have two blogs and they are all from Wordpress. It's easy for me to use wordpress, though I haven't tried blogpsot yet.
In Blogspot you can add adsense but not in wordpress. But still I'll go with wordpress!

really? i only use blogger. I guess its time for me taste another water.

Both are the best but personally I like wordpres more because with wordpress we have more control, more themes, more plugins, etc.

I use blogger also, i am happy with it, so dont feel the need to change to wordpress, which does seem to be better, but i find blogger easy to use, i think its just down to personal preferance really.
