How to add a java script in wordpress???

You can add it like any other site, in the header or footer...

What are you loading because Wordpress also holds many of the popular js libraries.

I think you still need a plugin if you want to add javascript to a post. I don't know any plugins off hand, but they should be easy to find.

If you do want to add javascript directly in one of your files then Randy is exactly right. You should have no problem and WP already includes a number of .js libraries.
