I need to buy many banner ads in some high PR and high traffic blogs which is relative to my website.

Have you looked at adtoll? I was using them for a little while to supply my banners, but they seem to load a little slow from time to time.

The thing about adtoll, they have a nice sized list of sites for you to buy banners space on. They have everything from blogs, to forums, and everything in between.

Can I sign up as a publisher on Adtoll I can't find anything about people with Blogs.

What your site is related to?

Are your intended traffics from Google or Baidu?

If you're looking for traffices from Google just search for it. Maybe in China the filtering is slowing it down a lot. Outside here google is the fastest, it always return search results less than a second.

Now Google has direct traffics from China to HK, speed should have improved.

you need to go to the adtoll or marketplace section of forums.
