There are many way to get traffic, you can Encourage your readers to Digg your posts. (or any social bookmarking or social networking sites like reddit, propeller, SU of even Facebook ad Twitter) Do it with every post.

free or paid service,... for free it takes a while, not instant way. but paid service you can buy traffic targeted,. just google

Hi, that depends on the keyword you target or the niche of your blog. Much better if you optimize your site for the Search engine, that way you'd get organic traffic from Search engines.

write for americans so only they will be interested. Like if you write about 'buying cheap laptops in newyork', pakistanis will be hardly show any interest in that. so if you write specifically for usa citizens, they will visit your site specifically.

Join Social Networking sites that are popular in the said places. Like facebook, myspace bebo etc. You can also gain quality visitors in joining forums that targeted people in the US exclusively.

See Google search trends for US...there you can have better idea what keywords are hot in terms of US web users.

You should get backlinks from USA and other desired countries websites for having traffic from those countries. also if you have money, you can use PPC advertising and target them for above countries.

Your site must not be "too" important if you're using blogger. If you're trying to promote an even slightly serious site then I would highly suggest you get away from blogger, pay for your own web hosting and throw up a WordPress site LOL. If you can't afford $6-7/month in hosting fees then why bother even having a site unless it's to share stuff with family members and friends or the like.

As bestseo said, probably your best option is PPC using Geo Targeting... or maybe advertising/dropping links on sites in those countries. But for organic traffic you need to be targeting Google.com which means primarily getting links from other sites targeting Google.com. It's almost impossible to really rank well for your targeted keywords in both Google.com and country specific views of Google like Google.co.uk, Google.ca, Google.co.in, etc. simultaneously.
