You can try using the Importer which is built into WP. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
The downfalls associated with doing a transfer are that your images won't transfer over and you will need to correct the Permalinks for Pages and Posts.
I have done many transfers for clients and found the best way was to manually transfer content via copy/paste.
This will guarantee the Permalinks are correct, you can upload the images, and maintain Post dates (if you want) by back scheduling in the WP Post edit window.
This can be time consuming if you have a lot of Posts and Comments but you know that it is done correctly.
Don't forget to delete the content from Blogger once you publish WP, so as to avoid duplicate content.
