I know there is lots of sites that explain how to make money with personal blogs, but for anyone who has a personal blog that does make money, how much per hour would you earn?

Per hour? I do not know I count my earnings per day.

It depends. If you have a good blog then you can earn more money per hours .. But for that your blog must have posts more than 1000.

I usually spend two to three hours to tidy my blog.But if you want it more popular,you should work more time for it.

If you have lots of blogs, then it can be possible. If not, then this must be a joke.

Oh really? that's bad. You must improve your strategies in earning money.

well, money isn't made on hourly basis via blogs. Unless this blog is about some kind of freelance consultation service.

How did you come to this conclusion? Unless you are doing idiotic content scrapping, most blogs don't live long enough to reach 1000 posts.

Just consistently build links to your blog most especially quality links.

It depends on your content and your backlinks. If you write quality and unique content and you make enough backlinks for your blog, you can earn good money but if you write cheap content and your blog doesn't have backlinks, you can't earn anything from your blog.

It's not possible to tell how much I make per hour, because I take a month to earn a decent amount.

So, monthly I am earning $350+ for the past 2 months. Now you do the math.

There are some quick ways to earn from blogs. You can tag your posts, you can submit your posts to social bookmarking sites, use links and trackbacks.. And there are many more ways to earn

this is definitely not the way you count your money as all affiliate programs give only one day stat. Of course if you had a million visitors per day, you could definitely calculate your money that you would earn for one hour and the be proud of that by saying the numbers to your friends. But if you blog makes like 20 bucks per day from google adsense or something like that, there is no reason to calculate that your earrings are just a few cents per hour.

I think the number of blog posts should not be the basis to earn money from blogs but it's the quality of the content should be matter.

Depends, I have blogs which I update every week and make less then blogs which I update every month

I think it really depends on hoy good your blog ist , but also your bookmarking strategy . I mean you can have the best blog ever , but if nobody can find it you want get neither traffic or money.

You definitely want to promote your blog and with good traffic i mean starting from 100 visitors a day you can get a good cupcake at the end of the week
