I want to start a blog at work (automotive ) but don’t know where to start.

Blogging is only one of the qualifications. You stated it all.

I was an avid blog, but I lost access to a computer and the server crashed I was a blog. When I want to start, I found the blog world has changed, because I had to go. Although I want to jump back to the beautiful layout and lots of bloggy friends, it is not the case. You have to build from scratch again. Thank you for giving me a head to get back into the game. I have a very stupid blog now if it was not for your information.

First create a blog.
post article in your blog.
submit your blog in search engine.
do blog comments
and do blog submission in blog directories.

Some blogs have lots of useful information but are boring to read. If you surf the internet enough, you'll discover that just about everything that could be said has been said by somebody somewhere already.
