I have a website and i want a few blogs about it, The problem for me is that blogging is an art i just do not posses.

You could get someone to write a few posts by letting them post a link to their site as a guest blogger...

You can also post on the forums asking for guest posters....
If you go the paid writer route, consider buying articles and posting as your own...
Of course, you need someone who can produce good content..
And if you pay (do not know the going rate) it becomes an expense...

Additionally, some article sites will let you use the posted articles with a link back...
But if you do that, the article has probably already been picked up by Google and will not help you very much, from a ranking perspective...

I never would have thought price could vary for category and am now wondering if this is because of popular demand for a certain category or because It is not a main interest or topic to the blogger thus it takes more time and effort ?

You can hire a blogger for your your blog or buy an article to the article writers.
