I am author of a blog on blogger, I want to keep all posts summarized on homepage of my blog. Presently it showing full posts it's not looking good to me, I want to keep good layout of my blog.

Yes, it is good strategy to show more posts with "read more" link.

it is possible.. edit you post and click the mouse after1st paragraph ( or content which you want to show) and then click page break ( image of a broken page in editor tool). It create read more link.
Do it for all post. Now on home page only content of page above read more will be appear.

Now from setting you can set the no. of post to be displayed on homepage.

that will sole your problem.

By adding this <!-- more --> code in front of content which you want to show and save.
