So my blog I have at my website link drop removed seems to be getting a lot of weird traffic. I have it set up to approve all comments so I am getting comments about 2 to 20 a week that seem to be unreadable and with web links.

So wtf is this? New to this world and just wondering if its bots.....

I think you are being attacked by spammers since your blog commenting is set into auto approved mode.

Paid spammers also seem to post unreadable cra*.......over and over again....

Approving all comments is not a good idea, will just be hit by spammers

there are a tools for comment spam for wordpress. you can search it on wordpress site.

Enabling auto comment approval on your blog is a no no. Set up email notifier so that you can just click a link to either approve or reject comments as they come in.

I also experienced such boots checking my blogs. I just ignore it and continue building links at my blog. As long as you are doing natural links you do not have to worry about these bots.

just ignore them do not approved it, the most links are from chines sites they are just try to increase their traffic in adult sites

If you entertain them then you will just loose your time and effort. These bots are useless. Cheers.

Approving all spam comments is not a good idea. It may cause some bad effects on your site. It doesn't have to be approved at all, you may just ignore them if you want.

That's the purpose of moderating comments in your blog.

always use Akismet it will help keep all the automated commenting and spam away

yes, it is a spam protection tool for blogger , it seem very userful thank benmoore for suggesting it

yes never auto approve and askimet is a life saver if you do

start comment moderation now man!!
this is just some bot for sure. it is bad for you blog. ifyou are an an adsense publisher then its danger to your adsense account.
