Blog commenting means commenting in other blog posts for the promotion of your site. If you are using dofollow blog post for commenting its called do follow blog commenting.

Do follow is the best way of getting backlinks so we use blog comments for high quality backlinks.

The absence of the rel="nofollow" attribute absolutely DOES NOT mean that the links will be "followed" and the target page attributed with whatever value may be passed.

dofollow blog commenting means when you have to post link with particular keyword that should be see by google spider and vistor.But you have to put nofollow within code only visitor can see that link but search engine spider doesn't crawler it.
