Before you can advertise, you need to have something worth advertising. I am gonna just jump out there and say ... if English is not your first language, then do not try blogging in English. Use your native language.

No amount of advertising, including AdWords, is going to be worth the investment of time and money if the visitor comes to your blog, and all they see is gibberish sentences strung together.

In that case, learn the basics before thinking about advertising. Gotta crawl before you can walk.

Some people just want to throw a blog up, put in some ads, then come to the forums and ask the same old questions "How do I get visitors?", "How do I get backlinks?", etc.

word of mouth is the best advertising tool in my oppinion

Hi, To promote a blog social networking can work bet in early stages to get view from your social networking followers.

Bookmarking, forum posting and directories submission is best way of increasing website traffic and earn more and more from advertising.

English is not my native language but I had to run a blog in English, looks like you, I am so upset to the traffic too.

This is simple , you can go forums or social sites to promote your blogs , or you can tweet your blogs on twitter , or digg it , good luck to you .

I have gotten few success when a friend of mine helped to get into guest blogging. She has this blog related to fitness which has more PR and traffic than mine. So the guest blogging thing helped me out. Maybe you should try it too.

I think you should join some group of online friends and social sites.

Where you can get lot's of friends and they can easily increase your website traffic.

you can also ask them to advertise on your website.

It is good that you have chosen unique topic. For links blogs I have to say use SEO and internet marketing forums. It is the best place to advertise your blog.

I've attempted to do that once ( only one article of its kind / about a control panel ) , but the article was so poorly written, I could not completely finished reading the article..
