Hi Folks,
Is it possible to put an opt-in form on your squidoo lens? I have gone for some research some are saying yes but can't found the steps for adding them. But some are saying we can't add, we can add image of one and when they click on it, have it take them to a page that you control though where you have an opt-in-form.
