Hello
I am new learner about SEO link building.I want to know have any software or search engine for blog comment able page search and I will comment there manually.and I will see nofollow/dofollow,PR etc.
please share your idea.

It is not so easy to understand you. Are you going to get some software which would search the corresponding sites for you?

It's better to link exchange if you want to comment on blogs. Most bloggers will delete your comments directly if you just like to get a back link.
