practically someone will price your site depending on the revenue it give, so remember to mention how much revenue it drive to you...

it depends on the site stat and its existing content...if those who like to buy it consider it as not much of quality then more than likely they will buy it for low $

Revenue it makes is almost irrelevant to the price you'd pay - it's what you think you can do with the site that matters, not what it's currently doing.
