I am going to be making up a blog & I would like to ask a few questions to help me get started .

Which one of those two is the easiest to use ?
Which one of those two is the most creative /artistic ?
Which one of those two is the most versatile ?

Or is there another FREE blogger that is even better ?

Even when blogger is owned by Google, I have found WordPress to be better then blogger for the user friendly interface it has. The two taxonomies it has i.e. pages and posts is easy to handle and you can therefore get to have a nice clean blog managed very easily using wordpress then it is with blogger.

word press is best for those people who has some developing knowledge and blogger is for every one so i always prefer blogger..

If you own your own domains, wordpress is better for hosting. You can always include a link on a blogger blog to your wordpress site too.

Blogger is also extremely anti-money-making unless it's AdSense/AdWords.

Both cannot be "best"

Best is a singular term indicating one entity only.

Multiple thhings can be "good" but only one can be best.

I prefer Blogger for the reason behind that Blogger is provided By Google.

Well, you can create blogs on "Blogger, WordPress, Live Journal and Posterous etc". Besides, WordPress is better than Blogger.
