I've used both of them and definitely prefer Wordpress. Blogger seems to have quite a few network issues, where your site either won't work at all or will only partially work with entire sidebars missing from the page and stuff like that.
With Wordpress, you get a huge number of users, which means tons of different plugins to enhance your site, like features to optimize it for search engines, add-ons to enhance revenue from advertising, and features to allow visitors to subscribe to comments -- literally hundreds of different free plugins to choose from.
Wordpress all the way IMO.
