I'm trying to create a website that uses blogging along with other features on the page, I am using wordpress for blogging, but what I'm wondering is, is it possible to integrate wordpress into my already existing web layout? I want to use wordpress just because it is easier to write everything out and I like the comment feature, but I rather have it used in my setup, instead of having to link to my .com/blog

basically i want http://www.dpcamp.com setup, with http://www.dpcamp.com/blog features.

Yes you can. That's how I have mine set up. When you install WordPress install it to the directory of choice on your site. Then if you want to have the blog look like the rest of your site you need to create a new WordPress theme for it.

If you haven't come across it yet the WordPress Codex will probably have everything you want to know to modify the look and functionality of your blog.

Installing to a subdirectory on your site is mentioned in the installation instructions I believe.
