I have own blog on my website which I ping to ping services like Pingoat, pingomatic.
My question is Would traffic be increased, if in addition, I create a blog in blog sites like blogger.com and post same blog content from my website to my account in blog sites like blogger.com?

No it wouldn't improve traffic. Google aren't going to show two sites showing the same content together in the serps.

Don't waste your time with that get your link trades up.

Posting the same posts in two places isn't going to help. One or the other will be filtered out for duplicate content. My guess is the blogger site would show in search results and the one on your site would not show at all.

You could create a new blog on blogger with unique posts and if that blog builds traffic you could direct some of that traffic to the blog on your site by linking to it.

But it's not a good idea to have the same content in both places.

Just concentrate on one blog and build it with unique contents. Traffic will comes in if your blog is interesting and the pages grows. Just my humble opinion. Thanks.

Yah! you have to concentrate for the blog at your site and make the best out of it. I mean make that blog creates more traffic at your site and search for related sites for more links.

Then improving your site would mean success.
