Anybody using blogger? If you do you have probably heard them talking a lot about thier new version of blogger. Sounds good, Don't it? Well it's not.

I switched a couple of days ago and i have had nothing but problems with the new blogger.

I wouldn't mind if the problems were minor, but these problems seem to be "features" so there is little chance of them correcting it, As far as they are concerened there is nothing to correct, It's working as it should.

Heres a rundown of the problems.

1. <$BlogURL$> now links to blogname.blogspot.com/index.html
2. The Links in the feed now point to the feed it's self and not to the blog post
3. Old tags in old templates have taken on new functions
4. The template is impossible to edit for anyone other than a professional programmer
5. the tags feature thinks if you enter a tag once you want to enter the same tag every time

Hey, blogger has always been "Yucky". When compared to wordpress and movable type, it never stand a chance. But, I love the ease of the whole system. The template editing worked in a fly. But, the options were too less. I love the WYSIWYG editor which is much more evolved than the one wordpress has on default. Anyway, its sad to see it ended up this way.

And, Matt, is there any possibility of a guy at blogger getting more from adsense ? Like, when I was in blogger, I got more revenue compared to what I have now. Is it true ?

the new or old blogger, it just same to me..as long as i can moderate the html code..everything will be fine for me..
