are link exchange codes banned in blogger?

b/c i cant seem to get them onto my blogs

I don't see how they could achive that. Any external link might be part from a link exchange scheme.

If you mean outside or external links but needed for exchanging links; then what would be the negative effect if they will have to ban that?

Maybe you need an expert blogger for your codes. Have passion to inquire in this forum. Out there are some prof`s who are willing to give you insights.

I sure hope so! If link exchanges were killed, the Internet would quickly become a slightly better place.
