While writing a new post I noticed that I could not change from visual to code so I continued to try.
Once I gave up and posted a new post without links the content disappeared (on my website and in wordpress controls).
And when I go and attempt to delete these posts that have no content they will appear deleted but then come back up once I refresh.
does no-one know what is going on?

Might be some kind of bug, have you updated your Wordpress recently? If you have, there might be a bug.

Or you can try re-installing your wordpress, just remember to backup your pages and posts.

Well, I remember this happening to me once. It was because of my ad code interfering with the design and the CMS code. I fixed it by removing ads. I visited your site just now and seems to work just fine. Glad you fixed it.

Anyway, always update your Wordpress version. Since Wordpress is getting more and more popular crackers and spammers are aiming their guns at it. Always make regular backups and update regularly.
