I'm familiar with all the popular options - WordPress, MoveableType, etc. but it's my understanding these run under PHP/MySQL. I could be mis-informed - which is why I'm here.

We build & host websites for physician practices. Because they are almost all 'micro' sites of 10 pages or less, they could use some way to inject fresh content, and a blog was suggested as a way to do that. However, we run on Windows servers and a .NET platform, so it would be much easier to have blogging software that runs on .NET.

Look into CommunityServer, which is a bunch of aggregated open source .NET code.

Also check out DotNetNuke, which is roughly the same thing.

My co-worker is a .Net developer, so staying within that framework would be helpful. Personally, I'd rather just add PHP/MySQL to our server, at least I can puzzle out PHP if he's not around, can't do that with .NET !
