I have lost many subscribers and my RSS Subscriber count never went up than 10. Now I am serious about it and I post every day.

I have two or three blogs, my main one I update anywhere from once to five times a day.

I do once a week. But planning to post daily from next week.

I update my blog for every two days but sometimes i update for every three days!

I have a lot of blogs, i just update main blog very often, maybe one week once,the others maybe several months!

I have about 80 blogs and I daily update 10 of them so each blog gets updated after 8 days...

I write all the articles in weekend. some times I write daily.

Every five days. Eventually, I want to change that to three times a week, and to be honest, I don't know if I'll ever to try to post more often than that, but we'll see.

I try not to burn myself out, which is the biggest hurdle I face right now. Maybe a few years from now that will be harder to do, and I can post more often.

2 times a week and the rest of the days I spend my time building backlinks. Afterall its the backlinks thats going to keep the blogs from falling off the SERPs by the end of the day.
