Buy and Sell Advertising Space

hey all, i've been working on a new content site that is nearing completion. there are advertising slots available for a limited only as to allow time for the site to generate traffic and i'd also like to give a select few free net time. that's right, i said free. since the site is new i don't see how i can charge for inventory.

inventory to fill is as follows and will last for 2-3 months:
468x60 banners (6)
140x400 (4)
120x600 (4)
250x250 pop-unders (2)

for those that are interested, please contact me via pm so i can send you a link to the site and get some more information. if you decide to advertise on the site, a discounted rate will apply once the 2-3 months has expired and traffic increases.
