I run a jobs forum for freelance designers and programmers Designcrowd and have made the desicion to place a rotating banner at the top and bottom of my main page. I have to date 113 members (in 2 weeks) and its climbing pretty fast.
I have these spots available now if anyone should be interested. I am looking at a fixed month for around $7
